In Anne's poems,"The Calling," the memory of this man's deep sensual allure fades with morning but continues to haunt even when morning arrives. Part of any haunting is an ambiguity, a mystery or vaguery that is unsolved or unresolved showing the man's face would take this mystery away and perhaps resolve his identity. |
